LAB launched in 2014 as a platform to connect with the community through creativity & collaboration. Originally co-founded by Mollie Windmiller and Jessica Moriarty, now solely owned by Mollie, LAB has grown significantly and organically each year to expand our offerings to the community through creative services, community experiences, and the amplification of local businesses.

In 2020, Windmiller Design Group, Mollie's creative agency founded in 2008, merged with LAB to offer a more robust platform of design services to better support our clients and community through creativity. What was always a collaborative team effort since its inception, Mollie Windmiller’s passion for both design and connection came together strategically to better amplify and elevate local businesses. Together, these services provide an incredibly unique opportunity to build great brands by creating, connecting, and collaborating as the foundation. 

In 2023, LAB is expanding the marketing services supporting The Collective to strategically connect local businesses to their ideal audience. We also continually work with brands in both design + strategy to bring their unique visions to life both digitally and in-person.
