The heart and soul behind Lauren & Grace Studios is Julie Menzel, who, while raising triplets, has always found time to pursue her love for interior design. (Impressive, right?!) She named the brand after her daughters’ middle names, Lauren and Grace, inspired by their happy, whimsical nature. Whether working on friends and family's homes or investment properties, her eye for detail and passion for creating beautiful spaces have always shone through.
“I kept thinking about how I could combine my creativity and knowledge of the industry, and creating Lauren & Grace Studios felt like the natural next step. I wanted to create something brand new in the industry,” she shares.
Creating this new brand was the perfect marriage of craftsmanship meets creativity, transforming every bathroom into a personal sanctuary. Founded on a rich heritage of custom cabinetry and premium coatings, this innovative company brings a touch of artistry to every home, offering colorful, meticulously crafted vanities and mirrors tailored to your unique style.
“Bathrooms are a perfect place to experiment with color and style without committing to a bold statement in a larger area," she explains.

For over two decades, Julie honed her skills in the custom cabinetry industry all while raising triplets and taking design projects for friends and family on the side. Inspired the creation of a brand that addresses a significant need in the market: beautifully crafted, customizable bathroom vanities and mirrors.
"Our journey began with a deep understanding of quality and a commitment to excellence," says Julie. "We've built strong relationships with local artisans and vendors in Minnesota, ensuring that every piece we create is of the highest standard.”
Even though the brand is only a year old, they’ve cultivated its vendor relationships for over seven years through their cabinetry business, meaning the quality is unmatched. Every piece is made by hand in Minnesota, and then shipped to designers and homeowners across the country, bringing a custom Lauren & Grace jewel into their spaces.

Additionally, clients can select a custom countertop and hardware to make each piece uniquely yours to create a true reflection of your taste and style.
To make the design process effortless and enjoyable, clients can choose a color from a curated Benjamin Moore palette or can request another custom Benjamin Moore color for an additional cost.
