This Maple Grove rental community offers the comforts of homeownership with the convenience of a professionally managed rental community. Each of their rental homes is designed for comfort and style.

To create the feeling of elevated living in a refined, curated community, we drew upon neutral colors and organic movement to complement the gorgeous natural scenery of Cook Lake. This logo and custom illustration create both movement and approachability to appeal to Edgewater's three key demographics. ⁠ ⁠

Whether residents are in transition or simply prefer the ease of renting, this community is built for every stage of life.
